I am also a tea fanatic. When I was in London last year, the first thing I wanted to do was drink and buy some tea. I drink tea because it has less caffeine but contains many health benefits. Green tea is my favorite, followed by black tea and chamomile. To enhance my tea, I add a pinch of turmeric which is known for its healing properties.
